Frequently Asked Questions
Do you paint your canvases by hand?
Yes! Every canvas is hand-painted by me, Carson, with care and attention to detail. Slight variations may occur — that’s part of the charm of handmade art!
What’s included with my order?
All of our products are sold as full kits — we do not offer canvas-only options. Each kit includes:
A hand-painted canvas
Pre-cut threads matched to your design
Two tapestry needles
A basic stitch guide (when applicable)
Everything you need to start stitching is included in your package!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Ready-to-ship kits typically go out within 3–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order designs may take up to 2–3 weeks, depending on the level of detail. You’ll receive tracking info once your kit is on the way!
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! I love working on custom needlepoint kits — names, monograms, or entirely original designs. Just send me a message to get started on something personal.
Can I send this as a gift?
Absolutely! Just leave a note at checkout and I’ll package your order with extra care. I can include a handwritten note too — and no prices are ever included in gift orders.
My canvas has slight differences from the photo — is that normal?
Yes! Every canvas is painted by hand, so small variations are part of the handmade beauty. I work hard to make sure each one is consistent in style and color.
How should I care for my canvas?
Keep your kit dry and store flat when not in use. If you need tips for finishing, framing, or stitching, feel free to message me — I’m happy to help!
